Youthrise for Development (YFD) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to promoting sustainable development, youth empowerment, education, environmental conservation, gender equality, humanitarian assistance, and community resilience. YFD produces and manages various intellectual assets in support of its mission, including publications, research materials, project reports, training resources, educational materials, digital content, photographs, videos, organizational branding materials, and other knowledge products. This Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice establishes the ownership, protection, and permitted use of YFD's intellectual property and ensures that its resources are used responsibly and ethically.

  • Used to imply partnership or endorsement;
  • without prior written authorization from YFD. Unauthorized use of YFD branding may create confusion and damage organizational reputation.

5. Use of YFD Website Content

The information and materials available on the YFD website are provided for:

  • Public awareness;
  • Educational purposes;
  • Knowledge sharing;
  • Understanding YFD programmes and activities.
  • Visitors may:
  • Access;
  • Read;
  • Share links to YFD website content;
  • Reference publicly available information with appropriate acknowledgement.
  • Visitors may not:
  • Copy substantial portions of content without permission;
  • Republish materials as their own;
  • Modify content misleadingly;
  • Use materials for commercial purposes without authorization.
